Talking Traffic

Bill Ruhsam is officially William M. Ruhsam, Jr. PE, PTOE.  He is a registered Professional Engineer in Georgia and Texas, USA.  He is also a registered Professional Traffic Operations Engineer.  He was most recently employed by Greenhorne & O’Mara, Inc. and is currently looking for a new position.  His professional focus areas are traffic operations, traffic impact studies, highway design and project management.

Bill previously worked in the Traffic Office of the Texas Department of Transportation in the Lubbock District, where he was indoctrinated in the holy game of Forty-Two.  He graduated in 1997 from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI! Let’s Go Red!) with a degree in mechanical engineering and was converted to a traffic engineer by following his wife to Texas.  He currently lives in Marietta, Georgia with his wife and their cat.
