		<description>Glad you are back.  I am a bus driver of 20 years at a university in AZ.  I have been thrust into the middle of the growing pains our transit system and university infrastructure are undergoing, so your podcasts and blog are very helpful for me.  I would hope that there might be access to the first 20 podcasts soon, because they don&#039;t seem to be archived anywhere, that I can find, anyway.  I very much look forward to future episodes.  Because I do my own blog (not on this subject), I can appreciate the time it takes to prepare and produce blogs and podcasts.  Thank you, then, for Talking Traffic!
