BTW, I&#039;ve noticed the new &quot;tenth-mile&quot; markers on I-85 as well.

These look similar to ones Florida has on I-75 in the Tampa area and I wonder if that is something that will be added to MUTCD.  Tennessee has similar markers on their urban Interstates and freeways, but I wonder why they were done on a blue background? Is that MUTCD standard? Just curious.</description>
